MEXICAN FORMULA 3000
The Mexican F3000 Championship ran between 1996 and 1997. The Lola T96/70 chassis (above) was used, coupled with a stock Chrysler V6 engine. The chassis was a modified version of the T96/50 then used in International F3000. The series promoter in fact claimed it was the same as the International F3000 chassis, but the T96/70 was a less expensive chassis adapted for the different engine and different sized tyres. Car settings were consequently different to those of the T96/50.
